Feeling Cheated

No one likes the snow too much, and the winter is long; we'll have more of it than we want by the time April showers it's way in. So why do I feel like a little kid who's just watched his snow day fail to materialize? The weather people on TV have been prattling about a Nor'easter for three days. "Up to a foot of the white stuff!" they said, but as I look out my window, the street is bare. Lies!
