Congratulations. You've created an instant coffee that is head and shoulders better than the competition. But I warn you; Don't get cocky! Just because Folgers Crystals can't hack it doesn't mean you're in the clear. Some younger, hungrier coffee lyophilizing concern lurks just around the corner. So stay on your toes.

Ok, it was praise coupled with a warning. Not a threat. And lyophilization is freeze-drying.
