Offhand

Read this yesterday. Now, I'm sure Charles Murray is in the lucky and accurate 25% of the 80% who say they're among the top 20% in intelligence. That said, it always sounds a little snotty and smug to me when smart people talk about how not everyone is. But then again he's right.
